You all good women and men of the Philippines: you have been deceived in a fraudulent scheme never before conceived and never implemented yet in human history.

It is an iceberg.

The bottom of the iceberg is occupied by the US Department of Defense, the NSA, the CIA and the US medical-pharmaceutical-informational-military complex, to which Chimerican and UK, AUS, NZ and Canadian entities collaborated out of their own, independent interests. 

All these many different interests converged to one point: your life, your property, your family.

They have set up a scheme to induce you to poison yourselves - and your "own" governments, your "own" political representatives, your "own" judges, your "own" militaries, your "own" police forces, your "own" medical institutions aided and abetted them in this, and betrayed you and their constitutional obligations. 

They are all culpable of the same: treason.

Of these institutions you once were the Citizens.

You have been ejected from them back into the state of nature.

The state of nature is the state of war of all against all.

Do not fall also for this deception, for this fraud, for this framing scheme.

The state of nature can also be the state where the good women and the good men unite to create new compacts for establishing governments of justice, not of deception, death, brutality, destruction, annihilation of everything that makes of the human being a human being.

Not one leader, not three leaders, not 100.000 leaders will lead you out from this state of nature back to a state of dignity in civil society.

You have to do it by yourselves. It is only by saving yourselves that you can save the life, the property and the families of all those who are like you.
