Why does this American gentleman need to be put under martial court?

His department has planned, ordered and implemented the program to estinguish humanity under the excuse of "vaccinating" it in a program called "Warp Speed".

This man is a traitor and a psychopath at the order of a government of anglo-saxon traitors and psychopaths, most likely more than one.

His only consolation can be that the secretaries of defense of other 200 states did the same, as well as 99.99% of the other members of governments, national and local, worldwide, rendering all states on the planet and all international organizations, from the WHO to the ADB, illegitimate.

The only question is:

THE MARTIAL COURT OF WHICH COURT IS GOING TO ARREST AND JUDGE HIM?

It will not be a court martial of the "USA", that's for sure.
