SOSi
is seeking a Biometrics Enabled Intelligence analyst to join a large
intelligence technical support program in Europe. The Biometrics Enabled
Intelligence Analyst supports the application of identity intelligence
for biometric collection and processing technologies.
- Develops biometrically-associated All Source intelligence products and biometrics Identification Analysis Reports (BIARs) focused on individuals, human networks, and populations of intelligence interest
- Identify intelligence gaps, prepare detailed specifications for biometric collection efforts, integrate the results, and provide analysis from selected analytical approaches to prepare finished intelligence products
- Prepare, produce, and disseminate biometric enabled intelligence (BEI) products, including BIARs, targeting packets, force protection reports, briefings, studies, threat estimates, threat forecasts, and threat assessments Analyzes, evaluates and integrates technical and non-technical data from multiple sources to assess the relevance and significance of developments in biometrics
- Prepares new or modifies previous analysis, assessments, or other products by interpreting information and providing recommendations which impact operational employment of biometric technologies and processes
- Research leading-edge biometric capabilities that will impact future systems development efforts, utilizing the principles, concepts and techniques of identity management analysis, combat forensics
- Active in scope TS/SCI Clearance.
- Master’s degree in a related field and 3 years of specialized experience; OR
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and 6 years of specialized experience; OR
- 10 years of specialized experience with appropriate military and civilian training in the intelligence analysis field
- Must possess thorough understanding of the intelligence cycle and architecture, to include planning, collection, research, analysis, and production
- Must be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing, must possess a strong working knowledge of all Microsoft applications (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access), and must be able to work as a member of a team
- Fluency in a foreign language
- Working conditions are normal for an office environment
