We are seeking a candidate to provide Systems Administrator support for ONE-NET and Legacy operations supporting the European Region under responsibility of NCTS Naples, Italy.

As a System Administrator, you will provide comprehensive information technology support to include server and network service support, application, email, and file access.

Your responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Responsible for updating and resolving request tickets and ensuring timely settlement of assigned user requests and issues as outlined by Service Level Agreements
• Manage shared drives and responsibilities associated with share drive management. This includes share drive permissions, quota management, and share drive creation.
• Assist with managing and troubleshooting Microsoft Print Server and Active Directory Services.
• Assist with managing and troubleshooting issues related to printers, MFD (Multi-Functional Device), Tumbleweed, HBSS, Cisco VPN, Microsoft Office Suite, and web site related issues.
• Interact with customers and co-workers to diagnose and resolve problems
• Troubleshoot software and hardware problems escalated from Tier 1
• Functional Responsibility: Performs systems installation and integration of computer operating system software, network software, application software, computer hardware, and supporting network or telecommunications systems. Investigates and resolves operational problems in conjunction with other engineering and technical personnel.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field and 2 or more years of experience, OR; An Associate’s degree in a related technical field and 4+ years of specialized experience OR; at least 8 years of specialized experience without any formal education and a High School Diploma
• A minimum of 3 years’ directly related experience, of which one year must be specialized; 3+ years is preferred. Specialized experience includes: administration of Microsoft print server, share drive management, BMC Remedy Software, Active Directory services, and Microsoft Exchange services.
• DoD 8570.01-M IAT-II Baseline certification (ex. CompTIA Security+ CE, MCSA 2016,..etc).
• Valid US Passport with minimum of 1 year of validity
• An active Secret clearance, which requires a US citizen

DESIRED EXPERIENCE

• Can work independently and have excellent problem-solving, oral and written communication skills.
• Have a Computing Environment certification (ex. Microsoft, CISCO)
